Our air con unit went faulty yesterday lunchtime. I gave JTR a call at 4.30pm, and they had an engineer on site with us within 15 minutes. Within 45 minutes on site he had diagnosed the issue, he had a suitable spare part in his van, and had the system running by 5.30pm. The engineer was friendly, efficient and clearly knew his stuff. The invoice arrived this morning which was was also reasonably priced. After this experience I can't sing their praises highly enough. From fault to fix within just a few hours!
