An exceptional, prompt and professional service received. Andy guided me over the phone to fix a problem with my RCD switch which meant I was able to resolve the issue safely and promptly. Andy also took the time to explain the background to why such issues occur and what to do in the future should a similar issue crop up again. My late parents used Fairways Electrical and spoke very highly of Andy and I can see why. I would certainly recommend Fairways in a heartbeat. Thankyou so much Andy for your fantastic service for which he didn't charge.
Ian is exceedingly diligent as a tradesperson and incredibly fair in terms of pricing. We had a consumer unit replaced and a miriad of wiring repairs done in a house we just bought. He ensures his work is to a high standard and took the time to explain what he was doing as I have a habit of asking a lot of questions. Couldn't recommend him more.
Ian came round earlier and installed a new wall socket and light fitting in a storage cupboard. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work, and the price was great too. In a time when it feels like some tradesmen are out to rip you off, it’s good to know there are tradies like Ian still out there.
Ian was quick and efficient at fixing our problem. He also gave advice prior to coming out in order to avoid me having to pay 2 calls out fees. He was very honest and was not looking to scam me which I find is a rare trait in this day and age. Much appreciated and highly recommended!
Fantastic job done. Well recommend
