Excellent customer service from a professional company. My elderly mam contacted Gas Angel Heating Services when her gas fire developed a fault and stopped working. David visited the next day and diagnosed the fault. The fire required a spare part that was difficult to source but they managed to source it and keep my mam informed throughout. David then came on time (via a customer tracking service which was so helpful to my mam as she had a hearing impediment) and repaired the fire much to the delight of my dear mam at a reasonable price. I highly recommended this company for anyone who is looking for professional service. Thank you David and co for your excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing service from Gas Angel. We lost hot water supply, David gas angel engineer came out shortly after reporting. After inspecting he confirmed it required a new water switch. As it would take two days to order he showed me how I could get hot water until the new switch could be fitted. Today he fitted new switch and its great to be back to constant hot water. Would recommend Gas Angel to everyone.

Terrible service. Their price was good; I’ll give them that, but service was terrible. The guy who came to set up our Hive, left us without hot water… in December. When we called, he was like oh I can’t come back now- I’m off to see another client. We ended up getting our plumber to fix our hot water. Additionally, we discovered that two of our radiators were staying on all the time doing exactly the opposite of what the Hive system is meant to do. We needed to bring in a different gas/radiator guy to resolve this issue, as the guy who’d come here made it clear he wasn’t interested. It was then that we discovered that the valve bodies on these two radiators weren’t compatible. Only the guy from Gas Angel simply jammed on the Hive TRVs and left like it was job done. Can safely say I won’t be using them again.

I can’t recommend Gas Angel highly enough. From booking a service and a repair we were kept up to date with timings, received reminders and even a text 30 minutes before the engineer arrived. The engineer went out of his way to ensure we weren’t without heating and hot water over New Year. The costs are very competitive and we highly recommend taking out a plan with them.

What a fabulous service from Gas Angel when having to replace my old boiler. This broke down just before Christmas so was a complete nightmare. After assessing what repairs needed to be done, we agreed that it was time to be replaced. Busy time of year of course but Gas Angel did their very best to get a new boiler in so the house would be warm with piping hot water over the Christmas. Completed in a day and the house was left clean and tidy. I thank the whole team for making this possible.
