Has been amazing at fitting a shower, basin in our old bathroom and moving the toilet and new basin into a little room next door. Will come back to finish off when tiling has been done to fit towel rail heater. The plumbing has all been done to an outstanding way. I would recommend him.

didn't see that terrible customer service before ! agreed an appt for the quote boiler installing at 2pm today. the engineer did not attend. rang them, say at 3. did not attend at 3. then rang them again at 3.30, she's just teasing me. avoid at any cost !

Claimed part was £72 actual cost was £130 (never told us) claimed 5 hours labour only spent 3.5hours on premises ( during some of this time he was outside with a nose bleed which he expected me to pay for). Has a threatening attitude and said I had to pay if I needed an invoice. And then threatened to come round and “sort me out”! When trying to get answers about actually facts keeps saying “you accusing me of something “
