Stuart and the team at Genren have taken over from my original installers who went bust. The communication, problem solving and quality are excellent. Tyler recently replaced a distribution unit and added some extra sockets in the garage for us. Not only did he do a great job he also stayed late to make sure he finished everything. The general team have also been helping out by removing solar panels for me while the roof is being repaired, fitting that around other jobs to make sure we don't lose time on the roofing work. All in all, excellent service, well thought solutions and good value.

Recently taken ownership of a property in Myddle and needed an EV charger installed quickly. Found Genren and arranged a meeting with Stuart who, apart from local, was knowledgeable and passionate about green solutions. We agreed on a charger unit I am familiar with and in next to no time it was installed. Neat and tidy job, no complaints. I will be talking to Stuart about battery storage, heat pump and solar roof, I'm keen to get going on it!

With Genren not having many reviews and being a relative new company I was dubious, but I was recommended them by a friend that I trust. Outstanding job, great customer service, highly recommend. Pre fit consultation made sure what they were fitting met my needs. And the charger is working effortlessly! Genren are brilliant.
