Just had my yearly service and Craig the engineer was outstanding to be honest all of the team that I have dealt with over the last few years from the team booking the service to the engineers are fantastic a credit to the company

Brought boiler from this brand based on 'excellent' reviews online. Previously had a number of Worcester Bosch boiler on each house move. They have been fantastic and utterly reliable. Wanted something new and hydrogen ready. The reviews convinced me. Now thinking, were they fakes reviews? 'Strange' how all the good reviews comes from the installers - vested interest? And poor review from actual domestic owners who are unfortunate enough to have purchased one of their boilers. Had the new boiler installed three months ago. Problem started during the cold snap. It failed to start. Tried to call the company for help. MY GOD, they were busy. OK, maybe due to the cold weather they would be busy. But an hour on the phone to get to talk to someone! Also tried to book online. So difficult. Then can't get engineer out to me for at least a week. We have no heating or hot water. We are in a cold snap and struggling. They said they are not a 24 hour respond service. Heating and hot water not critical enough? I have medical condition. Nope, still no sooner. It had been a nightmare. Lucky our plumber managed to lend us a couple of electric radiators. Have to shower at the local leisure centre. Eventually engineer turned up. PCB board replaced. Working. How I missed heating and hot water. Next morning noticed water under the boiler. It was leaking from within the boiler and not the water pipe connector underneath. Can see and feel the water coming out from the base plate of the boiler. Tried to call them again. Almost another hour to get to talk to someone!!! No excuse this time. Utterly poor response. Don't blame the guys on the other end of the phone. Not their fault. Company not providing enough staff and do not give care about after sale service. Explained to them that I had spoken with the engineer and he confirmed leaking from within and thus have to turn off the hot water due to it could be dangerous and a fire hazard. He knows which parts are required. The lady checked whether the part is in stock and book the engineer. But no, they don't have that part in stock . Will have to order from Germany. How long? 'Normally two weeks' but due to Xmas period, it could be a lot longer. Great, Christmas season and no hot water!!! Do they care!? How incompetent is this company? Extremely poor after sale service. Don't stock all parts in this country. Have to wait more than two weeks to have a brand new boiler repaired!!! Thought, yes, Germany engineering this boiler would be fine. No, no and no! Stick with Worcester Bosch or an UK manufacturer next time. From a company that appreciate how critical a boiler is and do care about customer service. I am seriously regret choosing this boiler and company. How very disappointing.

Had a problem with my four year old combi boiler. My gas engineer came and had look but couldn’t solve the problem. He spoke to Viessmann’s technical department who then put him through to customer services to arrange for one of their engineers to visit. CS seemed aware I was a priority customer, Probably my age and with COPD. My expectations were not too high especially following reading many negative reviews here. However, CS rang me late afternoon to inform me an engineer would call the next day. Chris Hall messaged me first thing and arrived shortly after. What a great chap. Polite, clean and, more importantly, fixed the boiler. Superb service from Viessmann. Thank you so much. Having lost my husband three weeks earlier and feeling very “down” it cheered me up.
