I always worry about having a new company to do work for me as there are so many who don't really care. I do most of my own repairs etc. but don't understand Air Source Heat Pumps so looked for assistance. I found Severn Valley Renewables who were local to me and called in. I was met with a friendly greeting and an appointment was made. Tony, the engineer who attended was brilliant, friendly, respectful, courteous and considerate, and he explained anything I needed to be aware of. I would have no hesitaton recommending Severn Valley Renewables. Happy days.
From the very first phone call with Roger, where we asked a million questions, right through to installation, we have been nothing but impressed with SVR. They are an extremely professional company, all of the employees we met were courteous and tidy and very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys, you did a great job!
We have recently renovated a 4 bedroom property. Initially we were going to continue with a gas boiler, but after being introduced to Severn Renewables and analysing their data we changed our plans. Instead, on their recommendation we installed solar panels, battery, air source heat pump, underfloor heating and improved our house insulation. From design plans through installation to afterservice Severn Renewables have been excellent. They project managed all the plumbing and electrics alongside our builder. All our queries were dealt with promptly and they were fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
