I recently purchased an ivt-10 heat pump from Cool Energy. With the help of Dave who is very knowlegeable we calculated the correct size unit for my house. I installed the heat pump myself again under the guidance of Dave. He was always available at the end of the phone any time I needed technical help. The pump is a very nice looking unit in stainless steel. It is very smooth and quiet in operation. It has been running for the whole of January and 2 weeks into Febuary. It has been consistantly lower than 5 degrees with some frosts. The heat pump has performed brilliantly. I leave it on 24/7 and let the Hive control it, to which it modulates its speed and output accordingly. The house has never been so consistently warm. I am very happy. I would highly reccomend Cool Energy.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
