Have just had a heat pump installed. Team at Cool energy were very helpful with the install. Product is great quality , quiet pump, and delivers very hot water, would highly recommend these guys.
Excellent service, within 10 minutes of calling for information and prices the parts were in the post for next day delivery.
I purchased a Cool Energy Solar diverter, which is working perfectly for me. I had a few problems with setting the program preset times trying as much as possible to get it right everything was working apart from this, I was put in touch with Jake and with a lot of correspondence and returning the unit for testing it came back and everything working as expected. I have to say the time and patience from Jake was second to none and would recommend CoolEnergy if you want to deal with a great company
I have a Cool Energy heat pump system installed for the last 5 years. We never connected the hot water as the property was vacant. We called Cool Energy and Dave guided my electrician through the setup in a few minutes. Fantastic support and great products.
