Wayne and the team at GI Developments have been fantastic. Long story short, i had an air-source heat pump installed by a different company. Over the following 18 months it constantly had issues, but neither the original installer nor their technical suppliers would spend the time to address the issues. After months of trying other heating engineers, i came across GI Developments and Wayne. During the very first conversation it was clear that Wayne was extremely knowledgable and had confidence to address the problems. Over the course of the next few weeks, he gathered data and then used first principles to diagnose and then fix the issues. Now the system is running smoothly and efficiently. My takeaway is that there relatively few people who that the passion and capability to correctly install, diagnose and optimise heatpumps. But Wayne is one such person. Highly recommended.

Five stars in all respects, never seen so much attention to detail and artistry in design of the system. Every aspect of the conversion from gas to a heat-pump and upgrade of our hot water system was executed flawlessly. Would happily recommend Wayne and his superb team to anyone.

Wayne and his team have just fitted my Heat Pump system. Excellent work, completed on time to the highest standards during what has been atrocious weather conditions. We now have a warm home which is already more efficient than the gas boiler that was removed. Would recommend GI Developments without hesitation for any heating needs you may require.

Proper heating engineer. Wayne and his team replaced our gas combi boiler for a heat pump in a 4 storey Victorian terraced house. They applied the heat geek approach to make the system appropriate and efficient. It required some creative thinking and long hours. The team tried their best to keep the house tidy and liveable despite the upheaval and took away all the rubbish at the end.
