Terrible customer service. Couldn’t email quotes to me and when they did kept emailing me the original quote despite making changes. Eventually arranged a survey with them and didn’t bother turning up despite text confirmation of my appointment. Rang the company who told me my scheduled appointment was actually down for two and a half hours later than what the text said. No confidence this company would even turn up if I asked them to do the work.
Brilliant service again from the team. Heatpump serviced and an issue repaired quickly that was causing noise. We are always happy with their work.
Sent someone to plumb my sink in very happy with the results, I highly recommend.
Excellent service. Annual boiler service. Engineer turned up on time. Very professional
Grate service every time could not ask 4 more
