The whole Team was brilliant. Molly, Richard, Dan, Jared, and the third fitter really sorry I forgot your name 🙏 The 2 new stoves have been life changing for us and words cannot say enough. Thank you so much, totally professional, super clean and tidy (which is a must in this business but not many actually achieve) and very polite. All the best guys and no doubt our paths will cross again. Thank you all 🔥👌👌👍
Brought a door off my woodburner for a replacement glass, can honestly say the meetings between the delightfull Helen and Bonnie, made the journey worthwhile. As customer service goes, can honestly say, this place is as good as it gets. A big thank-you.
Having paid Think Energy for their chimney sweeping service, they accidentally cracked the glass on my log burning stove. Initially they agreed to replace it but then did not bother to come and fix it. When I complained I was totally ignored. Sadly they have lost my custom and an opportunity to replace my wood burner with a new one. I won't be using their service again and neither will my parents.
Great service from the Think Energy team from start to finish. Our new Vaillant boiler was up and running by lunchtime and the Hive connection sorted soon after. Many thanks guys - Merry Christmas!! Steve H
