Michael at Your Plumbing gives a first-class service. His knowledge on the products he installs and services is second to none. The cost of his service is very reasonable. He replaced are old Ideal boiler in December 2021 with a new Vaillant that is by far superior. I would recommend Michael to anyone needing their boiler repaired or a new one installed.

Each suggestion based on provided best short and long term value to the consumer. Installation was superb with the time taken to take real pride in the work rather than just throwing it on the wall. Clear and concise handover running through the controls and the vSmart product. Very comforting to know he is a phone call away for any issues and the 10 year warranty gives peace of mind. We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
