Updated review: UPDATED REVIEW – 3★ I am unable to leave a higher rating as the work completed is still not 100%. However, I would like to thank Pete for all his help and for trying to resolve matters. Pete has been brilliant. He has had regular contact with me and tried to help resolve issues as they arise and responded to any concerns raised. Previous Review: If I could leave a review of negative a million stars I would! From start to well I can’t even say finish because it is not by any means finished!! The service and work has been diabolical the level of incompetence and lack of respect for my property is diabolical! I am not one to leave bad reviews but this needed to be done! Work was started on my flat roof dormas for insulation to improve the energy efficiency of my home. This has not been completed correctly not once but 3 times now and still remains in the state of the following pictures! I have sent photos and videos and been left with empty promises of this being rectified. My facia’s and soffits should be together without any gaps yet I’ve been left with a huge gaping gap which completely defeats the object of having my home insulated! Roof tiles have been broken and not replaced. Rubbish has been left at my property! My drain pipe hasn’t been attached correctly! The list goes on! It is not only my self who is unhappy! On my close alone, never mind the wider estate 3 of my neighbours have also had a negative experience and again things remain incomplete and completely shoddy work!!!!

So pleased with the work we have had done, Solar Panels, loft installation, windows and doors, extractor fan waiting to be done. Everything from start to finish, we were informed of each step, all the workmen worked non stop, they were all very we’ll manors, cleaned up after they had finished a job, credit to the team, I would most definitely recommend GGI and thank you to all involved

A couple of weeks ago I Had my flat roof dormer insulated and new rubber top put on all new fascia’s and gutters for free by GGI (absolute no brainer) I’ve left it a couple of weeks to see how the roof performs and get some professional opinions It is absolutely perfect. Had the pleasure of Mike and Petes team carrying the work out for us they was really professional they had the work completed all in one day and the scaffold and waste removed all within 2 days after I couldn’t thank them enough they explained all the stages and gave me pictures throughout the job I was so impressed that I have kept personal contact with Mike and Pete for future roof jobs. I had previously contacted other roofers for quotations for this work before I got to know about GGI from a Freind and the costs was averaging around £3500 /£4500 of a couple different roofing companys for the exact same work that has been completed for free by GGI When i let the other roofers know I no longer wanted to go ahead due to discovering GGI they advised i make sure the materials was good enough and that “ im just getting a bodge job” I googled all the materials that was being used once they arrived in my garden and all of the materials they use are the highest possible quality The work completed was to the highest possible quality . The communication and Time scale between start and finish was the highest quality . And the price of the work was beyond the highest quality Absolutely nothing . £0 spent thousands saved and no penny spared in terms of quality . If your a potential Customer reading this review don’t over think what GGI are offering you there’s no hidden costs or fees the work they complete is second to none just let these lads do there jobs . Thankyou very much to GGI for the dormer roof work insulation and fascia works on my grandads property a couple weeks ago The work was completed by Pete W and Mike H they did a lovely job for us and the next door neighbour all work completed on both property’s in one day was very impressive ! Also done a great job on our family freind jennys property over the road . All very pleased with GGI worth a mention nothing to do with the work but the lads was great with my grandad who is part blind once he heard there accent he started his old tales of his time working in Salford and Manchester and the lads really went out there way for him even fixed his gate for us we didn’t realise till after they left but it didn’t go un noticed great bunch of lads and a credit to the company. We certainly will be keeping our ears open for any future opportunities from GGI and government grants hopefully we get to see them again in the future for more improvements . Would strongly recommend GGI to anyone Thanks again

GGI has been excellent in carrying out various job in my home with excellent staffs telling you ahead and taking time and patient to explain what to expect, process of the job and how long the job will take. Julie and Paul carried most people through the process hanging around to make sure the job is done to people's satisfaction, and at the end of each job asking if you are happy or still needs anything doing. Credit to Julie for great organisation 👍
