The first person to come to the door was Craig the energy consultant. He was friendly, professional and easy to deal with. He was welcomed into the home and the dogs where very settled with him. He explained things in detail and arranged for the survey to be done to see if the funding was available. After this I met with Steve and he was thorough and didn't take up much of my time at all. He was in and out within an hour. A few days after I was called by Craig and the funding was available for the internal walls and loft insulation to be done. The following week the work started and was completed within a few days by Ryan and his team. We had a great laugh whilst they where here, they never stopped working to the point I was worried they hadn't stopped to eat, so I bought them breakfast one morning. From start to finish the whole process was professional, efficient and considerate. I would highly recommend getting intouch with them to have the work done it's completely free. Thanks to everyone at easybuild eco solutions Ltd.
