Solar panels and battery does as it says on the tin. Harj looked after us from start to finish and was always on hands to explain or help us with anything with the product, even a year later. The installation went up smoothly and the team were good. Green Tech cost were reasonably although not the cheapest but neither the most expensive. Panels and the equipment looks good. I would recommend this company👍🏻😊

I am absolutely delighted with my 154 kW solar installation with battery storage! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. The system has exceeded my expectations — I’m now saving significantly on energy costs, and I love the sustainability aspect. The battery storage has given me energy independence and backup during power outages. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering solar solutions!

Advice stay well clear of these guys Also they sell there Finance book to a debt company which makes it harder to settle early. Nco Europe debt management team who aren’t much help at all when trying to pay your financial agreement early feels like scam on so many levels. We have done a formal complaint to the FCA . And awaiting out come . Over sold my Pannels on my roof which caused many problems .and refunded slowly £200 which should have cost a lot more . So extra work at my cost which I be happy to explain to any one wanting to listen photos on way

Green Tech Hub is the third company I asked for a quote for solar panels and a loft battery, each of them coming-in with prices very similar so I knew the price was fair but that's where the similarities between each company ended. From the outset, Sally (sales) was very engaged and engaging, offering to schedule a date that week for a visit. I advised her that no matter how competitive their quotation, I would want to take the weekend to consider it in-line with the others I'd received and to establish how I intended to pay. Some companies can be quite pushy during the sales pitch but Sally fully understood. On the day of her visit, we went through the options, and as I'm "annoyingly technical" in my working life, I wanted to know how it all works, so Sally called Gurjit the MD of the company who answered all my questions with patience. Sally then left me with the quotation as promised. After the weekend I had established that GTH's offer was easily the best I'd received (even including one from my local council who had organised a bulk buy) and I let Sally know to put the wheels in motion. Within a week, Harj (Project Manager) had contacted me with the preliminary plan for scaffolding and installation. Every member of the team I encountered was really nice - Jake and his scaffolding team, Raj the electrician, and all of the roofing guys. All of them were patient when I asked questions and engaged with me in a very friendly manner. The system chosen was partly my own intention to cover as much roof space as possible with panels, along with GTH's guidance for a suitably-sized battery and inverter. GTH handled all the paper work, especially the DNO, and the installation itself has been accomplished to a very high standard. They even removed my older solar panels without damaging them so I can re-use them for another project later. Now that the system is live, on a sunny day I can charge my loft battery in less than half the day from flat. On a normal day when there are clouds and the loft battery starts the day at 50%, I can "fill it up" and then charge my EV (car) throughout the course of the day. I am seeing power generation from around 5am until 9pm (July), and apart from the days when I need to charge the car, I'm exporting 2.5kWh to the grid for most of the day. It's early days still but I think I will be functionally off-grid for around 8 months of the year and I should be economically off-grid for the whole 12 months. I highly recommend everyone considers adding solar to their house, and I highly recommend you commission Green Tech Hub for the work.

St Gregory the Great Catholic church in Cheltenham is a Grade 2* listed building and the attached Old Priory parish hall is a Grade 2 listed building. When the flat roof of the Old Priory needed to be renewed, we decided to do all we could to be ecologically responsible in line with the Church’s teaching. As part of the project, we decided to investigate solar energy. We were fortunate to chance upon Green Tech Hub. From the initial survey and proposal to the final installation, they were attentive without being pushy, responsive when advice was needed, patient during the lengthy planning process, and co-operative with the various professionals and trades involved in the planning process and roofing works. As soon as we were in a position to set a date for the solar panel installation, Green Tech Hub accommodated our preferred timetable and the installation of 29 panels, three batteries and an inverter was completed in less that two days by a hard-working, professional team, whose prior planning ensured that technical challenges were met and we are left with a system which is so discreet that most parishioners are unaware of its presence! We have no hesitation in recommending Green Tech Hub.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
