Brilliant work! They installed a heat pump, solar panels and a battery. The tradesmen were brilliant. Declan put the solar panels up, the plumbers Gareth and Jamie worked like Trojans. Josh and Ethan the electricians were brilliant. Really thrilled, thank you and I highly recommend this company. Update- absolute rubbish company. After my initial delight. My solar system didn’t work properly and it took until mid May to sort the issue. August 3rd it stopped working completely and 3 weeks later I still can’t get sny sense out of anyone let alone someone to come and fix it. GRM themselves couldn’t care less. MCS are now involved.
Both engineers, Josh and Josh, were fantastic — professional, friendly, and hardworking throughout the whole job. They arrived on time and completed the installation to a very high standard. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and always asked permission before installing anything. Really impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
I had a very positive experience with Chloe from GRM from start to finish. The communication was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies throughout, alleviating any worries! They sent two very friendly and professional installers, both named Josh, who handled everything on their own (brilliant duo)! The whole installation went much faster than expected, even with some specific challenges related to our property. They managed every difficulty smoothly and still finished the same day. Always kept us informed and discussed things with us before carrying out any work. The panels are performing brilliantly, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Highly recommended.
I have just had insulation and solar panels + battery completed by GRM through the Warm Home scheme. Everything was handled by the GRM team from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installs were done to high standard and I am happy with the work. The measures have already begun saving me money on the electricity bills!
Had two young men who arrived and started work at eight in the morning and worked through to eight thirty in the evening. They didn’t stop for breaks, they cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and cheerful, really nice young men. The call centre was really good, I dealt with Elina who was marvellous , customer service gleamed. I highly recommend this company.
