Thursday 8th January 2026 3130 storm Grotti (85mph) loud crash on investigation 1 solar panel blown from the flat roof and another one the edge. Local companies not interested, contacted Simple Solar (72 miles away) very prompt response meant that the repair was complete in under 4 weeks. All staff and John the installer were pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Simple Solar to anyone wanting Solar panels installed

Simple have just completed an installation on our property. Absoultely thrilled with the results - the PV generates exactly what they promised it would, and the battery storage is fantastic. We can pretty much power our whole house from solar both day and night. The installation was quick, painless and very neat and tidy, being done over just under 3 days. The team were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Every member of staff we dealt with was superb - Ben, Dan, Dave, Anne, Lewis, Harvey and Dave G - thank you so much. I would wholeheartedly recommend Simple Solar if you're thinking of going for solar panels.

Absolutely smashing service from the team at Simple Solar. We had been thinking about getting a solar system installed for quite some time, and saw their advert online. Dave came over and explained how it would all work, outlined our potential savings going forward, discussed our budget, and answered all our questions. The installation was booked in shortly after this consultation in October 2025, and the contractors used were extremely efficient, helpful and tidy. Dan and Ben were always at the end of the phone to help answer any questions we had, and sort out the system registration process. Even now 4 months later, they are available to help, and regularly check in to make sure our system is performing at it's optimal level. We would highly recommend Simple Solar to anyone thinking of getting a solar system installed, and would definitely use them again for any future solar projects. Thanks Guys 😊

We had a great experience with simple solar, start to finish. We had solar panels, a battery and EV charged point installed, and the system works perfectly. The neighbours commented how good the installers were and how thoroughly they did the job, and one neighbour noted that one installers had approached him to show him a photo of a tile that had broken on his roof (to which he was really grateful to be made aware of). Also, local to Plymouth, so easier to get hold of if you need to. Would recommend.

We already had 16 PVs since 2014 but this year realised that battery storage was a realistic option. We approached Simple Solar at Launceston Agricultural Show and how glad are we that we did! Ben, Anna and their team were friendly and professional throughout. Despite difficult installation requirements Lewis and Harvey were absolutely brilliant. We now have an additional 2.2Kw of panels, inverter and 11Kw battery integrated with our original PVs. We are delighted with the service we received from Ben and the installation team and will sing their praises whenever we can!
