We had our solar panels, battery, inverter and gateway fitted at the end of June, and we’re absolutely delighted with everything. From our first chat with Darren – who gave a really clear and knowledgeable overview of the technology – right through to the installation. The proposal was detailed and easy to follow, and whenever we needed a quick chat, GSM were always easy to reach and happy to help. It took less than five weeks from signing the contract to finishing the job. Rob, Joe and Harry, the installation team, were professional, experienced and very helpful – you can tell they take real pride in what they do. It was a terribly hot week, especially on the roof, but I didn’t hear a single grumble. I’m very happy with how GSM handled the project and would recommend them without hesitation.

GSM came out quite promptly and reviewed my ground pump issue, took weeks to order, supply, and install an expensive new part that failed to fix the problem. After extensive discussions about how to actually resolve the issue, they simply disappeared without a word, never heard from them again. Absolutely baffling and quite bizarre really. Eventually having realised they simply were not going to return my calls or come back to me, I had to call in a larger more professional company that can not only talk all the talk but follow through and walk the walk to resolve my issue … not sure where these guys went, are they still in business ?
