Very impressed from start to finish with CP Jefferies, new boiler installation. We invited 4 companies to quote for the work within an older property that had been extended a few times over the years. CP Jefferies quote came back in the middle ground on price. Matt conducted a thorough survey and provided a very detailed quotation for the new boiler and extra pipe work, having listened to what we as a family wanted from a new boiler. We went with a new Grant oil (can be converted to bio fuel) boiler with a 10-year warranty, having got 30 years from our last Grant boiler. From day one the installation team, Tom and Charlie were very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Good sign when Tom confirmed he had worked for CP Jefferies for over 16 years. They have their own inhouse electricians, so no hanging around for 3rd party to complete electrical work, one joined up team. Will be using CP Jefferies for all our servicing, heating and general plumbing needs from now on and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a trusted company for similar work.

Due to buying a house with a number of electrical challenges I use CP Jefferies a lot. They are always accommodating, quick to resolve, professional and go above and beyond to help, customer service is brilliant. My recent experience was about to leave me with holes to patch in the ceiling but they did everything possible to avoid this with complete success. C P Jefferies have recently replaced our 15 year old hot water cylinder and air source heat pump with a new Vaillant system. We were really impressed with their advice, technical knowledge and workmanship throughout the installation and with their aftercare. We are very pleased with the new system, which is is user-friendly, easily controllable and very efficient and we would like to thank the whole C P Jefferies team for a professional job and great communication.

We have regularly used CP Jeffries for gas and electrical work and have always been really happy with their service and quick response. We have recently had solar panels fitted by themselves and were really impressed how smooth the process was and despite the atrocious weather the job was completed promptly.

We approached C P Jeffries to refurbish our en suite shower room. Michelle the bathroom designer visited our property, came up with some ideas and sent us a quote which allowed us to adjust to keep it in budget. Our fitter Steve was clearly very good at his trade and discussed every step with us and although we had a few problems due to space restrictions, it was dealt with sensitively and minor disruption. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending C P Jeffries and would definitely have them back for any future work.
