Heat pump repair and service. Excellent service, very reliable, and knowledgeable. After being let down by the initial heat pump installers, CP Jefferies have stepped in and repaired the installation and have now continued to service it. Very reliable.
I had a great experience with CP Jefferies installing our air source heat pump, battery and solar panels. From start to finish, the service was excellent and the whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Marc, Mason and Jason were knowledgeable, hardworking and always happy to answer questions. They took real pride in their work and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward. We’re really pleased with the installation and would happily recommend CP Jefferies to anyone considering solar panels, battery storage and an air source heat pump. We’re looking forward to a cosy winter.
Nigel and Alfie were polite and competent, as usual. They had unfortunately been given a broken light tube to install and had to disappear for a time to get a replacement part
