I promised to give Chris a five star review in view of his prompt and efficient response to an emergency when our heat pump failed. He cleared a blocked filter, removed other debris from the back of the heat pump and had it working very quickly. Additionally, he located a leak from a hot water pump that had been ill fitted by our original builder. Despite the difficulty of dealing with this in a very confined space, he replaced the pump and the chewed up fibre washes which had also been ill fitted. He is a very skilled engineer and explained every part of his work to us before he left. We have great confidence in his work and he is highly recommended.
Great service, quick response and quick work from the plumber. Will definitely use again!
Great and speedy service from HPR.
We worked with HPR Services to have a gas check done on the property that we are looking to buy. Friendly and professional service from start to finish! Really appreciated that they delivered the inspection results quickly so that we could make a decision on the property.
I would happily use this company again. They are polite, efficient and tidy. Competitively priced and punctual. What more could you ask?
