I have been using Clarkes gas services for about a year. I have found their workforce friendly and professional across the board. They arrive promptly work hard and ensure I am happy with the outcome. While carrying out a power flush Ben identified a blocked pipe to a radiator and didn’t leave until the problem was resolved.

Fantastic service from start to finish. For 15 years we’ve lived with a cold house and only lukewarm radiators. Over the years we had several plumbers take a look. We were told our pipes were too narrow, so we had them refitted. We also had a boiler flush — but nothing seemed to fix the issue. Eventually we just gave up and struggled through every winter. Recently our boiler packed up (or so I thought), so we called Clarke’s Gas Services. They came out quickly, diagnosed the real problem — a faulty circulating pump and debris build-up in the system — and booked us in for a power flush. I honestly can’t believe the difference. Our radiators are now piping hot, and in all the years we’ve lived here they have never worked this efficiently. And today I also learned something new… A flush and a power flush are definitely not the same thing! Highly recommend. Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

Such brilliant heating engineers - they know their stuff, set straight to work and are just incredibly competent at what they do! We have used Clarkes for many years and are consistently impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Communication is slick and booking and invoicing easy. Our boiler care is literally the most hassle-free element of our long list of house management chores! Highly recommended.

I am very happy and grateful for the service provided by Jack, Ben and Pete. It looked as though my 92 year old mother would be without central heating over Christmas, but Jack went above and beyond to source a new boiler and arranged for Ben and Pete to fit it on Christmas Eve. They then returned to flush the system on the 29th. Both Ben and Pete were courteous, respectful, kind and efficient throughout, which means a lot. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarke's to anyone.

Clarke’s truly are our superhero’s! We had ongoing issues with our heating from recent building work. Our builders plumbers work was inadequate and very poor leaving us in dire straits. So we contacted Clarkes asking if they could help and if they would be willing to take on this nightmare. Thank fully they did! They never gave up on us and over a number of weeks and using various methods and processes of elimination they fixed it! The powerhouse that is Ben powered through, found the problem and conquered! The poor chap was on his knees but kept going and we can not thank him and the team enough. We have a hot, clean, working system and are truly grateful. Thanks guys! Especially Powerhouse Ben! 💪 🙏
