Job ran over schedule, but otherwise went perfectly; we had a leak in the system, but Inyo sent a plumber immediately to find and fix it (at 8pm). We've now had our ASHP installed and running for 4 months with no issues, just plenty of hot water when required, and a nice cosy home.

I cannot recommend INYO based on my experience. Multiple snags took far too long to resolve because of various layers of subcontracting and a lack of project manager ever being 'on site', with us having to resolve a leak ourselves. Reimbursement of some outstanding money also took far too long.
