Had a new boiler fitted on 25/02/2026.the engineers that carried out the work delived first class service. The Boiler was fitted into a ongo property that my elderly disabled 85 year old father was due to move into after doing an exchange. The property had been left in terrible condition with several issues ranging from being extremely filthy to many issues of disrepair. My father couldn't possibly move in the property in this condition so he stayed with me till it was made suitable clean and a safe place to live. After spending large amounts of our own money employing professionals to carry out all the required work to make this ongo property suitable to be lived in the last thing inside the property to be done was to have the boiler fitted. We were unaware that the boiler was not working till we entered on the exchange day.. No heating or hot water.The.boiler was ordered by the engineer straight away but the earliest to expect was the following week up to 10 day's .The engineers that came on the day to fit it.. 9 days later were called Paul and Corey. I would like to personally thank them and express my gratitude for the care and respect they delivered whilst completing the work in the property. On arrival they said they would have to cause some disruptions to fit the new boiler unfortunately this was unavoidable. I explained about all the money that had been spent improving the property and how we had had professional decorator in for a full week and had just had new carpets and floor covings through the whole property costing over £3500 and if I had known there would have to be so much disruption when having this boiler fitted I would have not completed these improvement in this room till after the boiler was fitted. Paul explained how he would do his very best to carry out the work with the least amount of disruption to the area as possible . He covered all the new carpet with protection and covered all the new appliances in the kitchen and work surfaces where the work would take place. After fitting the new boiler he made sure exposed holes in the wall were neatly covered with cover plates and the boards that covers the old pipe above the kitchen units were put back neatly till new replacement would be installed that are used to replace & update old boarding that doesn't allow access to pipework. They cleaned all the area they had been working in..Paul and Corey.. I think you are a credit to your company and I would like to personally thank you for your extreme professionalism and attention to detail. I would like to add I personally don't live in a ongo property, I am a private home owner so I have the luxury of choosing who will complete any required work in my property and I can say with all honesty I would confidently choose this company to carry out any work if all your employees deliver this standard. I would like to add that this was refreshing. Up to now I have been told by ongo on many of the issues I have raised. that basically if you have done an exchange they take no responsibility for most issues as it is our responsibility to thoughruly make checks prior to exchange. Any issues not rectified will be at our expense. Ongo can not be responsible for tenants that have no respect for there properties and although I appreciate that this may be the case in many properties I do not think it is fair to allow poor quality work within them .A few days prior to haveing the boiler fitted a engineer had visited the property to look at a expsosed electric box that was within reach of my 5 year old granddaughter. I was told it was no longer live. He could take it out but it would leave a big hole and it would be left like that . Very disappointing and set the bar of my expectations. Paul & Corey well done you did a fantastic job .shame you don't attend every maintance issue in ongo homes ⭐

On the 21st of november they came to fit a new bioler didn't finish the job due to thinking there was asbestos in the loft which was not true . So was left for 12 days in the cold with no heating or hot water. Then two different guys came and basically just made do with leaving a bucket to catch the over spill in which I have to empty every other day. So waited in all day today for someone to come finish it turned up at 4 o'clock just to tell me he didn't have the right parts . So all in all its took you nearly 3 weeks to fit a boiler..also have two disabled people living here that are vulnerable. So thanks for nothing .SE Strong 25 grange lane north scunthorpe

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
