We recently had a heat pump installed by James and the team at Heat Centre, and the whole experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, we had a lot of questions about the project. James was extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to explain everything clearly, backing up his advice with the right information so we could make confident decisions. The comprehensive survey carried out gave us a clear design and outputs to ensure the system would deliver the heat we need while being as efficient as possible. We also had questions about how our existing solar, battery storage, and solar water system would integrate. Even though Heat Centre weren’t responsible for installing those, James was able to explain in detail how everything would work together with the new system - a real testament to his expertise. The installation itself was completed in under a week. The team removed both old water tanks and our boiler, relocated plumbing and storage to the garage, and managed the plumbing and electrics neatly and tidily. The standard of workmanship was impressive. Since the installation, the heat pump has been running brilliantly. We have plenty of hot water with excellent pressure, and as the colder nights set in, the heating is keeping the house warm and cosy. We would highly recommend James and the team at Heat Centre to anyone considering a heat pump. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient - they delivered a first-class service from start to finish.

From start to finish, James and the team at the Heat Centre were amazing. Excellent communication, excellent design and flawless execution. We had a whole house repipe and a brand new Vaillant 7kW heatpump installed and it’s been working a dream. James understood our requirements and designed a system to match it, he beat the competition by designing a perfect system at a reasonable price, he didn’t oversize like others would and he is up there with the best of heatgeeks. Our system SCOP is through the roof, mega impressed. Will recommend to friends and family.

James at Heat Centre Renewables, supported by the team at Ansell, did a great job. Heat pumps are complex systems, in that if there is a problem there can be one of multiple reasons for it. Choose your installer carefully. I initially had a poor install from a different cowboy installer. I engaged James to replace the heat pump, redo the pipework and address the technical issues. He did a new full reinstall. I chose James because of his heat engineer credentials on LinkedIn. He did an excellent install, but my luck dictated that there was an issue with the Vaillant product (not the installation). James investigated, agreed there was a problem, and continued to support throughout the process, which eventually led to Vaillant replacing the heat pump product. The new system is working effectively. It is important to choose an installer that will continue to support you, which James did.

Outstanding service from James at Heat Centre. Right from the beginning various options were gone through in depth to ascertain the best way forward for our house. Installation was smooth, communication incredible and just general service has been impeccable. Our house is now warm in the zones we want it and energy efficient. Would thoroughly recommend!
