Great service from Russ as usual.
Kelvin did an outstanding job of completely replacing our en-suite and we were delighted by the outcome. He is clearly very experienced and really cares about the quality and finish of the final work. For example he went the extra mile by using off cuts from the shower panels to make matching skirting boards and a splash back for the sink. I can’t recommend him and East Goscote Plumbers highly enough on the basis or this experience. We just selected our fittings from EGP’s favoured supplier with lots of choice and left EGP to do the rest.
We recently had an entire new heating system, boiler and radiators supplied and fitted by East Gosgote Plumbers. Nathan, Aaron and Russel have done an amazing job. My builder has commented on several occasions that their work is impeccable. The work we had done was by no means easy as it is a renovation project but nothing was too much hassle for them. Really happy with the quality of work!
Andy, the engineer was very pleasant and obviously knew what was required to be done and how to go about it. He was very efficient in doing the services and clearly explained the possible problems with my system. I look forward to his visit to correct the problems.
I have used EGP twice now to service my ASHP, and today for some pipework to extend a hot water feed to my Guest room and new kitchen. They are very professional and do a great clean job. A full job report is received within the same day. A shout out to Russ and team, for good jobs done.
