Ross was called out to assist with a faulty AC system in Newhaven. He was very knowledgable and gave us a variety of options to solve the issue and a good timeframe to expect the repairs to be carried out once he had sourced the parts. The dog was thrilled once the AC was working again!

We recently had Sussex Heat Pumps Ltd install our air conditioning system, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. The team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident and informed at every stage. What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail and respect for our home. The installation was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, and the team were unbelievably tidy throughout. At the end of each day, everything was left spotless, which made a huge difference while living through the work. The final result is fantastic, and we’re absolutely delighted with the system. It’s clear that Sussex Heat Pumps Ltd take real pride in their work, and it shows in both the quality of the installation and the overall customer experience. If you’re considering an air conditioning installation, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sussex Heat Pumps Ltd – a truly outstanding service from a brilliant team.
