I originally met Hex energy at an energy show at the NEC ( or whatever it’s called these days). The original meeting was an introduction to all of the products and services. We were novices on the heat pump world and absorbed the materials presented on tha day in 2023. We eventually choose HEX to complete our energy needs in 2025 and had a complete install in two segments during the year. Everything promised was delivered, on time I. Budget That’s something I sadly cannot say for many other contractors we have used. Highly recommend Jack and his team.

Hex and their team are brilliant. We’ve had their underfloor system throughout our house for at least 6 years now and cannot complain about the effectiveness of the water underfloor heating from both from a heat and cost to run point of view - especially in an older property. Prices are very competitive and services after installation are as well. We cannot fault the quality of their work, or their professionalism - very kind and helpful team who are eager to respond regarding quotations or any issues/queries we have had.

We have been experiencing issues with our heat pump since it was installed in 2021. After enduring problems with inefficiency and crazy electricity bills, and getting nowhere with the company that installed it, we contacted HEX Energy. They promptly scheduled an appointment, and their engineer, Craig, arrived right on time. He spent over five hours thoroughly inspecting and investigating everything, and the result was impressive—our energy consumption dropped by 28% the very next day. Craig explained everything in a way we could easily understand, and I’m confident that the advice and guidance he provided to improve efficiency will make a big difference. Their communication has been excellent, and we’ll definitely be using HEX Energy for our future servicing needs.

We selected Hex Energy after getting 3 quotes for our air source heat pump. They were helpful & professional from the start. They completed the installation & commissioning in the same vain plus they were competitive on price.

Even though I was on the limit of Hex Energy's geographical area I am so glad they agreed to design and install my heat pump. most of their competitors are more interested in making a sale where Hex are interested in doing the job properly, especially the neat excavation work, so neat it is displayed on their website. Very professional company working as a team. I would recommend them, thanks team.
