Fantastic service from initial advice to installation. Highly recommended.
Short lead time from initial enquiry to quote and installation. Very friendly and efficient engineer. Tom routed our cabling under the floorboards despite obstacles and neatly fitted the EV charging unit. more than happy to recommend Orca EV.
I would highly recommend Orca EV after being very pleased with the overall service provided. Orca EV booked me in on short notice to install an EV charger and fortunately they managed to get it installed prior to the governments EV Installation support grant being removed. On the day the installation was carried out efficiently by a competent installer. The installation is very neat and all rubbish was taken away. I was walked through the connected application setup and given a tutorial of how to use the unit and the app.
Great service, phoned up a bit in the dark and was told all my options and offered Great advice. Had our chargers fitted last week at work and have no complaints, very good advice and even set us all up ….Highly recommend!
