Called in to get a quote for an EV charger, had the price the next day, the job was completed a couple of days later. No fuss, really tidy job, thoroughly recommend.
5 stars for the entire team at IDM. From initial enquiry which was handled so swiftly by Uilleam, to Paul the Electriction on site to install a new plug for me in my home which we are all very happy with. I will continue to use IDM for any work needing done as they are reliable, swift & carry out the work to a high standard. Thanks again!
I recently had a solar PV system and EV charger installed by IDM Energy, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial survey through to the installation, the team were professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The installation was completed to an exceptionally high standard, everything was neat, tidy, and they took the time to explain how the system and charger worked before leaving. As a tradesman myself, I really appreciate quality workmanship, and the attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend IDM Energy to anyone considering solar or an EV charger. A fantastic company that delivers first-class workmanship and outstanding customer service.
I am absolutely delighted with the work carried out by IDM in February. Kyle and his team arrived exactly as planned, installed nine heaters in two days. They faced some difficulties, as my house is built of stone, with all of the unforgiving original features, but they overcame each problem without complaining. My quality of life has been improved so much, having constant warmth. They are a fantastic team, and I'd recommend them highly. Thank you Ross, Kyle and all of you for answering my questions so clearly and for doing a great job.
IDM fitted my Zappi charger. Great service by engineers who fitted the device and made sure it both worked effectively and I understood how to use it before they left. I am a returning customer and will go back again.
