J was brilliant! He arrived when he said he would and spent ages trying to sort out the problem with the shower. Turns out there was a bit missing from the part that we had ordered ourselves. J ordered what we needed and was around as soon as it arrived. Shower is now working better than it ever used to. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
Jerome came to replace my gas boiler today and I would highly recommend him. He was on time, friendly, organised, good at communication from start to finish, and left the place spic and span. He took the time to explain everything to me, and was focused on making sure everything was absolutely right. A perfectionist with real pride in his work. I won't hesitate to call him for anything in the future. Thanks Jerome!
We were very happy with our experience - J arranged for one of the team, Ian, to visit within a day or two. He was great - clear, efficient, friendly, adaptable and focussed (no time for a cuppa!) and kept us informed about the choices he was making along the way. All three jobs were done and cleared up within a few hours :)
