Our boiler broke down and Charlie was able to come out the next day and fixed it, he was professional and efficient and excellent value. For a family home to be without heating and hot water is awful especially this time of year, and thankfully Charlie came to the rescue and fixed it so we don't have to. Charlie is a very reliable, honest and trustworthy heating engineer. He is meticulous in his attention to detail and provides value for money. Other service engineers consider a quick wipe clean and nozzle change a sufficient scope of works for an annual boiler service. Charlie may charge slightly more than some of these cowboys, but the level of service provided is second to none. The whole boiler is pretty much taken to pieces, cleaned and assembled again with major maintenance carried out in the critical areas. I have no hesitation in recommending Charlie for all your boiler servicing requirements.

Charlie responded very quickly to an out of hours call (Even during the Covid 19 Pandemic) to address a serious issue with my bathroom plumbing. He is personable, extremely professional and highly proficient in his work. I will definitely use his services again.
