Danny visited us first to assess the job and talk us through several options. Everything was clearly explained, flexible, and very reasonably priced, with the quote covering all required and recommended work and materials. On the day, Carl and Anthony were brilliant. Professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The boiler replacement was done smoothly, even Tado smart controller wiring sorted properly, and they fixed a valve hidden issue upstairs. The house is warm again and everything works perfectly. Very happy to pay the invoice and will recommend them everywhere. 10 out of 10.

We looked for installing a new heat pump to replace an old gas boiler, and called a few local suppliers, Julian Bland were the first to respond and really did well to explain the process and put us at our ease. From first call, through survey, installation and commissioning they were first class, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Old boiler replaced as quickly as was possible given the time of year and very cold weather. Excellent service throughout with good communication and very professional installation and commissioning staff. Very pleased with the job and the effectiveness of the new Worcester Bosch boiler. All matched up to my underfloor heating and I have a much improved situation. In addition a new room thermostat was fitted in my lounge which improved the temperature I could achieve in there, now very warm. Thank you for such a brilliant service and highly recommended by me.
