⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Tom at W-Heat I had my boiler serviced today by Tom Millward and genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough. By far the most thorough boiler service I have ever had. Tom didn’t just service the boiler. He put my other gas appliances on and while they were running, checked the gas meter outside, used testing equipment attached to the boiler and even crawled into a very tight attic space to properly inspect the flue. I’ve had boiler services carried out before and have never seen anyone go to this level of care and attention. He explained what he was doing as he went along and was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and chatty, as well as being very professional and well presented. Nothing felt rushed and I was left feeling completely confident that my boiler had been checked and serviced properly. Tom explained that my gas certificate would be emailed to me promptly and as he had filled it in whilst here and I signed I have every confidence in receiving it promptly. Tom is an absolute credit to W-Heat and to his industry. It’s refreshing to come across someone who clearly takes such pride in doing a job properly. Excellent service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom and W-Heat. Five stars very well deserved.
Over the weekend we had a series of plumbing failures, the boiler ceased to function as did two toilet cisterns; we contacted W-Heat plumbing, who have serviced our boiler for over 10 years, they sent an engineer promptly who remedied all the problems quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the quality of the service and would recommend W-Heat plumbing unreservedly.
Tom carried out my annual boiler service today. Very pleased with the work and impressed with Toms knowledge and care. W-HEAT are installing AC at my house in the coming weeks so hopefully the excellent service continues.
