This a great company who provide a great and very efficient service. Can't thank them enough and special thanks to their engineer Darren for the work they carried out installing a new boiler.
Really happy with the solar and battery install! The on site crew Stuart and his team (Alex, Danny, and Martin) were professional and accommodating throughout. Any issues that came up were sorted quickly and efficiently, and they always kept me in the loop explaining what was going on. A shout-out to Isobel and Craig at Heatable's main office too, they were quick to respond to any queries and emails. I would highly recommend them!
Absolutely perfect installation. The crew were polite, friendly, professional, and meticulously clean - it was a pleasure to see them work. Thoroughly pleasant experience from ordering through to completion, highly recommended.

Hi , im posting this honest review of my own personal experience from dealing with heatable. Co.uk, first of all, based on my own experience , I can clearly see why they have so many recommendations and positive reviews left on their behalf, their level of communication and customer service is actually outstanding, and coupled along with their very competitive and and very keen pricing with great finance plans puts them far ahead of the competition. My own payments are very manageable and comfortable for myself to. Since the first time that I phoned and spoke to Paige, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I was seriously impressed with their fantastic customer service, I was really made to feel valued and important and the constant communication from them was just amazing, on the day of installation the engineer Ross , talked me through everything and he was honestly one of the nicest and hard working people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, he also treated my house with the utmost respect in terms of , putting down dust sheets everywhere, hoovering up after him and also taking my old boiler and excess rubbish away to, nothing was a problem for him, so my house is nice and warm now, I have a new boiler that is guaranteed for 10 years for parts and labour, and I can just relax over winter now without the added stress of worrying about breakdowns, both Paige and Ross were fantastic ambassadors for the company, and I would honestly have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone else if you are in the market for a new boiler which I was, I am definitely a 100% satisfied customer and the only thing that I would say to heatable.co .uk is thank you, and please keep up the good work.
