Tom and his team installed a 5Kw ASHP heating system. It was a retrofit for a flat previously heated by electric heaters. He recommended an immergas heat pump made by Alpha. It’s not a well Alpha sent an independent team to commission it to extend the warranty to 5 years. It was reassuring to get their independent opinion as manufacturers that it was the perfect spec and set up. The team were curtious, tidy and receptive to questions. I had several quotes for the job and Sharpheating were very competitive and did an excellent job. From accepting the quote and getting the work done was only a few weeks and Tom was very responsive to my emails and queries. They journey from North London to East Sussex did not phase the team who worked hard on site. Would recommend

Having dealt with Tom I was incredibly impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge. Having used a couple of companies in the past which didn't go exactly to plan, I was very dubious on who to use as this was a huge project and everything had to be perfect. Tom reassured me every time I had a query and was quick and efficient in getting hold of. The pipework was incredibly neat and tidy and at every stage of the works, not only exceeded my expectations but managed to put my mind at ease given my experience with previous companies. Great work from Sharp, arrived bang on time, phoned just before to check I was ready. Polite, very clean and tidy whilst working and when finished. Great value for money. 100% recommend for any gas or water plumbing jobs.

Tom from Sharp heating was nothing but a gentleman from start to finish , had a new combination boiler fitted in place of a system boiler , there was no hidden costs , the level of workmanship was outstanding , even down to the little things like colour coded pipe clips, everything was explained how to use the new boiler.
