Not sure what happened. They came out as planned to do a heat loss survey on house because we were thinking about a heat battery boiler. Arrived on time and did a comprehensive survey but we have never received the report. We were never sent an invoice either. Followed up by email but no reply.

We are really happy to recommend Leaping Hare. They extended our existing PV system in August 2024 by adding 7 additional PV panels, an additional 8.2kW storage battery, an Eddi solar hot water controller and new inverters. From the initial quotation stage Katharine provided excellent advice on the best system configuration and was happy to answer any questions we had. Their price was very competitive. The installation process was very professional and Matthew went over and above in terms of service by getting elements of the original installation that had never worked properly working. We are very happy with the installation.
