Hope and Mathew were brilliant. not being good with IT they really helped me and made life easier they were here on time did the job well and tidied up behind themselves i would definitely recommend them
A great experience with Leaping Hare. I had a Tepeo ZEB (Zero Emission Boiler) fitted by them and the experience was both friendly and thoroughly professional throughout. The home visit prior to installation gave me clarity about the work that would be done and this was subsequently carried out with great efficiently. Matthew planned and executed the work with great precision, Christian removed the existing gas system (and capped it) with much care and attention, and Hope did the same with the electrics. Afterwards everything was tidied away and vacuumed leaving no trace! Handing over the system Matthew explained everything thoroughly and ensured the system and associated technology were working well. I would recommend Leaping Hare Renewables without hesitation!
Superb installation with attention to detail in sharp contrast to others in the market. Matt & his team left nothing to chance with the use of quality components and the result was excellent. The installation was always kept clean too. Leaping Hare are a small Norfolk team but nonetheless great in executing the installation of a heat pump system approved as they are by government and Octopus Energy. I would recommend Matt & Leaping Hare.
Not sure what happened. They came out as planned to do a heat loss survey on house because we were thinking about a heat battery boiler. Arrived on time and did a comprehensive survey but we have never received the report. We were never sent an invoice either. Followed up by email but no reply.
We are really happy to recommend Leaping Hare. They extended our existing PV system in August 2024 by adding 7 additional PV panels, an additional 8.2kW storage battery, an Eddi solar hot water controller and new inverters. From the initial quotation stage Katharine provided excellent advice on the best system configuration and was happy to answer any questions we had. Their price was very competitive. The installation process was very professional and Matthew went over and above in terms of service by getting elements of the original installation that had never worked properly working. We are very happy with the installation.
