Samso first talked me through the battery system I eventually selected. I had done a lot of research before going for it and their presentation was excellent backed up in writing, I had a quote from another company all verbal nothing for me to read through. The fitters arrived and it took just over a day for installation they were extremely polite and respectful. They left it spotlessly clean when finished. I had a problem with the app and spoke to jack who liaised with fox and sorted it within 24 hours. I have noticed a saving immediately so well done Samso and all the team keep up the good work

Had an initial call with one of the representatives and he stated that I could save by having a system installed. I was of course quite skeptical but the home survey was free to find out if this was the case. I had a calm and patient gentleman over that answered all my questions and worked out how many panels I could have and what the savings could be. We worked out that I could pay monthly to own the system. Since that free home I have saved almost £10,000. Astonishing really. The lads came over shortly after I agreed and fitted the system in a day. Highly recommend!!

Very good company from the first appointment, through to the panels being fitted. The electrician (sorry I cannot remember his name) was absolutely great as he had more work than thought, but just got on with it. Everyone cleaned up after themselves and it was all fitted and completed alot quicker than we thought. The battery fits nicely in the hall, and does what is says on the tin.
