Speed of response was good but disappointed to see a year and a bit later the wrong flush unit was installed, it should have been for an enclosed unit. The cable for flush was not only 1/3 of the original length but as a result was forcefully routed through tight bends just to fit the button. This meant the cable wore out much faster than it otherwise would have. Sad this as I purposefully chose a more expensive quote expecting a proper job to be done that would have lasted several more years, the replacement part is only £15 and it was a two hour job inc travel at most Giving 2 star rather than 1 as stop valve was replaced though oddly this wasn't mentioned on the invoice
Billy came on an emergency call out and was here within 30 minutes. He was very quick and efficient and I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
