I wanted a water based underfloor heating system which didn't require my existing floor to be replaced and LuxusHeat were able to help. They recommended their thinner profile system which meant I just had to remove the existing floor tiles and then overlay their 12mm pipes which had minimal impact. They provided a detail schematic of the recommended 'Zone' areas of a large floor which was excellent for the plumber. Once installed the heating worked a treat especially during a very cold winter. The after-service from James and the team was excellent and only too happy to assist. I would have no hesitation in recommending LuxusHeat and am already planning my conservatory as next project.

One of the fittings on my 16 year old ufh system developed a leak. So I went to Luxus thinking they might have a trade counter for spares. They don’t… however what I discovered was a wonderful approach to customer service. Most places that are for professionals would treat a DIYer like me with contempt… not so at Luxus. They sold me the two fittings I needed, gave me a short section of pipe and lent me the press fit tool to be able to complete the job like a pro. 90 minutes later I had my ufh back in working order. They even gave me 10 minutes of training in the workshop on how to use the kit. I can’t thank Luxus enough.

I rang Luxusheat to ask for a second opinion on already installed underfloor heating. I spoke with James and he was fantastic. He got me to send through information and pictures and then came for a visit to see the heating. He spent time assessing the system and then talked us through how it works and how to set it up. He had a huge amount of knowledge and was very good at explaining to an elderly lady how it worked. We will definitely be calling on his services again.

We recently had UFH put in our extension. The parts being supplied by Luxusheat. (Not the installation ). We had a few problems with the instalment and to try and get to the bottom of this, i rang Luxusheat. One of the directors James came out to see me and was very informative and quick to show me and explain where the problem was.I now just have to get a plumber in to finish the job, so it works efficiently . Just contacted this company 2 years after purchase for some assistance when doing a vat reclaim and Charlotte was super helpful in assisting me. Lots of companies after they have your money loose interest in you, glad to say, this company is not like that. Well done and well done Charlotte - many thanks
