Had a complex plumbing situation.Great advice by company and carried out the project with perfection!
We recently had Cameron install a new combination boiler and gas hob. He was highly knowledgeable and completed the work with exceptional professionalism. He kept the workspace incredibly tidy, which made our evenings stress-free during the installation. The job was finished in under three days, and everything has been running perfectly since. Highly recommended!
We had a new boiler fitted by Rudkin and Herbert and are really impressed by the service provided. From initial contact through Courtney and Dianne, to the quote by Ian and the installation carried out by Cameron (and Jarad...sorry about spelling...and Ian), all were brilliant. The job was a nightmare we inherited when buying the house 3 years ago, with a boiler that was around 25 years old and a gas pipe run that was hidden in a ceiling void. The "brilliant" BOXT didnt want to touch it with a barge pole and, after they let us down the day before the install was planned, we shopped around and found Rudkin and Herbert. Ian quoted us and was obviously very knowledgeable and managed to come up with a solution to our problems (which included having to move a freestanding bath that previous owners had had fitted infront of the boiler cupboard!!). Cameron turned up on time every day and put a shift in. Polite, clever and a grafter. Never complained once and always told us what stage things were at and what he needed to do next...top lad. Gas pipe run update meant having to lift tiles on a roof to locate the bloody thing. Cam, Jared and even Ian made this possible...all in 30+ degrees heat. Says a lot when one of the actual owners of the business is willing to get on a roof to help his lads out!!. Cam finished off the next day, went through the new controls with us and left all relevant paperwork. Now looking forward to a good few years of not worrying about the winters coming. Brilliant company and brilliant staff. Cheers all 👍
We had a commercial boiler and radiator replaced. The installation was systematic. They were prompt, clean and Glen did his upmost to leave us with an efficient system. Brilliant service. Will continue to use them for annual servicing.
First class service from Rudkin and Herbert. Fitter was Cameron who was Friendly, professional offering exceptional service. Explained about boiler controls went through app. Showed all radiatos working. Explained and showed how to increase pressure if needed. Our last boiler we had for 19 years. Fitted by the company.
