We recently had our 15-year-old air-source heat pump replaced by Indigo Renewable Energy Limited with a new **Stiebel Eltron ASHP and the service was outstanding. The installation was exceptionally neat and professionally executed, with seamless commissioning and a clear, expert handover. The directors, Christian Ford and Cain Orton, and their team were knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. Special mention to electrician Adrian Robinson, whose workmanship is the best I’ve seen in over 50 years in the construction industry. The system works beautifully with our existing underfloor heating and smart controls, and the ongoing support has been excellent. We are absolutely delighted.

We could not recommend Indigo Renewable Energies highly enough, Christian and the team took a mess of an air source heat pump system not installed correctly and a half completed underfloor heating by our previous installers and by the time they had finished we now have a home that has a fully functioning heating system and air source heat pump. Great work from the team on our installation. The cylinder fits fine in the airing cupboard, with a buffer tank in the loft above, leaving us space to keep shelving in the airing cupboard. The space where the boiler was previously is nice and tidy, too! Heating not need yet, of course.

After a recommendation from Vaillant, we engaged Indigo to install an Air Source Heat Pump System in our home, to replace our gas boiler. They started the job on time and the team worked seamlessly with each other, carrying out the plumbing connections, the electricity requirements and the fitting of the heat-pump, the new hot-water cylinder and various expansion vessels etc.. At the end of each day, they cleaned and tidied up and then importantly for us, they finished the job and the handover bang on time. I would strongly recommend Indigo Renewable Energies to anybody looking for Renewal Energy Systems, servicing or repairs, for any kind of heating/water systems.
