We would like to thank Shaun and his team for a fantastic job they did for us. All of the upstairs ceiling was plastered and the bathroom and the utility room was merged into one bigger bathroom. The downstairs toilet was renovated as well and tiled to a very high standard. Shaun and his team helped us improve on the design of the bathroom and downstairs toilet which showcase their craftsmanship..would highly recommend.

After finding a flooded kitchen floor. I called M&M Gas Services and spoke to Shaun, who talked me through what I should do until he could visit later that day. Shaun arrived at the time agreed, was very professional in terms of wearing a mask, maintained good spacing and had brought his own hand gel. He was extremely friendly and even showed me where the pipe had split and explained why this had happened. After he had finished the work, Shaun cleaned up the entire area, which was not expected. We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
