I used this plumber (Tom) before to service my boiler. Although he was more expensive than others, I went back because he offered a good price to install my wireless thermostat on top of servicing the boiler. He said he’d look into it and get back to me, but after three days I heard nothing. When I finally managed to speak to him, he offered to come yesterday morning to install it. He didn’t show up. I called 20 minutes after the appointment and his phone was off. I tried again later - it rang but no answer. After I texted, he replied saying he was “slightly delayed” and would call when on his way. Two hours passed with no update. I messaged again asking for an estimated time and still haven’t heard anything a day later. It feels like I’ve been completely ignored. Very poor communication and a waste of my time. I won’t be using this business again.
Excellent engineer. Didn't have a clue what I was doing so used someone local and was very happy with the service.
