Just want to say 10 out of 10 especially a big shout out to the kitchen fitter Will for a blinding job on the kitchen, a dedicated guy with a great eye for detail, hell of a grafter and also Declan the tiler great bloke and goes the extra mile to achieve top results. A credit to the company, cheers guys !!!
It has taken 3 days to do a grand total of approx 5 hours work. Currently waiting for a plumber who's apparently coming at some point today, maybe-perhaps if I'm lucky. It's anyone's guess when or even if he comes at all. Some days they just don't turn up at all. Absolutely shocking. Next step would be the finishers finishing off but I still have electricals hanging off the wall by the wire. A drawer still missing it's front. A large gap at the back of one wall unit. A persistent leak under the sink that has been looked at and looked at again but still hasn't been fixed. It's crystal clear they do not care about us folk in social housing. Attention to detail doesn't appear to be necessary for us nor does the speed at which work is done. It looks like I'm going to be with a unusable/empty kitchen for a 3rd weekend. Annoyed would be an understatement. They can spare me any meaningless reply. I'm not interested. Actions speak louder than words.
