From start to finish MSS were brilliant at installing our Air Source Heat Pump. As someone who was totally new to the system, they took us through the process step by step with patience, investing time to explain everything and talking us through different options available to us. The office team and install team were super helpful throughout, and aftercare has been great too. We were rescued by MSS following a completely botched installation by an inadequate company who had no idea what they were doing in our 120 year old property! MSS understood what was required and sorted the whole system out and we are delighted to say, having just had our systems 1st year service done that the system now works effectively and efficiently thanks to them. MSS worked seamlessly with Tomkinson Heating Ltd (Macclesfield) to install my Air Source Heat Pump. MSS dealt with the heat loss calculations, consultancy and accreditation and the all important government grant while Tomkinsons handled the installation. Both were courteous, friendly and efficient working together to provide an effective solution. MSS were flexible and kind enough to provide multiple heat loss calculations for different house configurations due to potential building works. Microgeneration Support Services were enlisted to oversee the installation of our Vaillant Heat Pump by The Boilersmith Ltd to ensure it was installed to MCS standards and eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. The whole process was seamless and hassle free from the initial survey/heat loss calcs, all the way through to the final certificates and voucher payment.
