Very professional company to deal with, from initial visit, quote, to installation approximately 2 weeks, very happy, only wish I’d bought 2 batteries for storage.
Right from the initial quote the team were professional and friendly. Ralph gave us a very detailed quote which explained clearly how it all worked and what we could expect. We went for panels, battery and EV charger. On installation all the guys worked as a team, explaining who was doing what and what we could expect next. In the office Carly very efficiently kept all the paperwork up to date, ensuring we got what we needed to connect everything up to the grid, explaining every step. She even set up our system to make the best use of cheap electric. We are still obsessed with the App 😃 Thoroughly recommend.
Really excellent service from start to finish. Even though i knew nothing about the technical aspect of solar panels everything was explained very clearly. Everyone we dealt with from Survey to Install to handover have been friendly, efficient and a joy to deal with. Throughly recommend.
The installation work was completed on time and all the equipment and pipework is well laid out and tidy. The heat pump is performing well, and we can't really notice any noise difference to the gas boiler it replaced. Overall, very happy!
Having solar panels and a battery system fitted is a surprisingly intimate process. It’s a significant investment, the installation involves adjustments to fundamental systems within your property, and the whole process can be complicated. We’re very glad that we chose this local company, who we could trust to complete an installation that was right for us, rather than opting for a generic, eight-legged national competitor. They’ve done a great job, and the feeling of security that support is nearby if we ever need it is very important to us.
