We used NCS to supply and install our Solar Panels, Battery and Air Source Heat Pump. Firstly Stuart, who came to survey and sell us the system, went out of his way to explain things in simple language and didn’t try to blind us with science or pressurise us into a decision - it was obvious he knew his “stuff”. He also did not try to suggest or sell us things we didn’t need. Secondly, the install team (Martin, Lee, Tony and Joe) were excellent. They were polite, very tidy and methodical workers and cleaned up after themselves. There were somethings we weren’t happy with which they dealt with very professionally and changed the install to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our new system and would recommend using NCS. Thanks guys (and also Dawn in the office)
