Impressed by the workmanship standards and lack of mess! ( and I speak as a retired aircraft engineer.) Particularly as the installation was more problematic than anticipated! Highly recommended!
Excellent service and advice from office staff and engineers in replacing a defective Stuart Warner pump. We have used them before and were very happy with their work and will use them again if needed.
Everything was good except for my receipt of information on when the service would be done on Sept 22. I received 3 emails before Sept 22 saying I had been informed (I had not) of when the service engineer would arrive that day and so saying in effect it would be any time that day during working hours. It would have been more helpful to me if I had known the time in advance.
Technician was pleasant, patient and open in answering questions from myself. Kowledgeable and professional in the execution of the job, kept the surrounding areas clean whilst carrying out the required cleaning of boiler components. I was happy with the work overall and all interactions with your technician reflected well on your organisation.
NCS did a great job on my heat pump quote and installation. Stuart came out quickly to do the survey and was very helpful with my questions. He recommended a Grant Aerona 290 6.5KW heat pump, rather than the Vaillant AroTherm Plus 5KW heat pump I had initially been interested in. The quote was a good price and I was impressed by the spec and price of the Grant vs Vaillant heat pump. Dawn was very helpful in the office throughout the process. The installation team were all efficient and professional. The handover and documentation were done smoothly. It's early days with the Grant Aerona heat pump, but it's very quiet when operating. It's also been very efficient on energy usage and hot water cylinder heat-up time after the first month.
