Gary and his team arrived sensibly early and spent a full day replacing our new heating system. We had previous commercial experience of North Coast heating and were always consistently impressed by their workmanship and responsiveness to requests. Prior to engaging them Gary provided us with a range of options and quotes plus an overview of what changes he would recommend. He also accommodated our request for a particular magnetic cleaning system to be integrated into the heating system. Underpining all of this effort was a complete radiator service across the entire property. The 3-man team worked consistently hard for the entire day leaving little mess and causing minimum disruption. Consistently considerate they removed all their detritus and all of the old heating system. They were a pleasure to accommodate. After 8 hours the heating system was back up and running better than previously. Two of the team returned after 10-days to flush out the system complete the radiator service and fixed a leaking shower, a programmed request. Throughout both visits the team were courteous, professional, knowledgable and proficient in every one of the many tasks they undertook. We are delighted with their workmanship and service. They were also the most competitive even after we requested a specific make of replacement boiler in the quoted options. We are confident to recommend North Coast to any household or commercial property looking to update or install a new heating system. Five stars across the board.
