Used them for over 10 years They came to service my oil boiler , which took them30 mins and never switched the boiler off , the so called engineer said it was good and 80 percent efficient after checking found that they hadn’t touch it or serviced it , so I got another reputable company out And he condemned the boiler and said you are lucky it hadn’t fired , or you gassed with carbon monoxide . All the insulation was burned away , the burner was in a terrible state , no service., no oil filter or burner had been touched They also tried to charge me for an isolation valve change , which I was going to supply , and they never changed . Will never use this company again Disgusting wouldn’t give them one stars lucky the house didnt burn down New boiler fitted by a reputable company
Absolutely terrible driving, the driving of this van was poor, tailgating, swerving all over the road not sure if on there phone or drunk etc… constantly on and off the brakes due to being sat on other road users rear bumpers, and must have passed me at 80-90mph at least, not good representation of a company, im sure we all encounter bad drivers daily but the driver of this van is a whole new level of bad
The plumbing on 18 The Cloisters the flat I rented was so poor the toilets had to be replaced multiple times, by Nigel Smith plumbing. The plumber packed his lunch box into the bottom of the bath for a laugh as in the picture. All great fun unless you live there.
I recently used Nigel Smith Plumbing and was very happy with their services, Josh was very helpful, I would definitely use them again.
