We had a leaking radiator which needed replacing. Having seen Lee’s plumbing services recommended, I reached out and he was fantastic from the get go. Lee advised me right from the beginning on how to resolve the issue, offered helpful suggestions throughout, and would update me efficiently should there be any issues. On the day, he updated me on his ETA without me asking, and sorted everything out without me being present. He was honest and transparent about payment and the payment portal was very easy to navigate. Cannot recommend enough.
Lee was brilliant. Before he quoted he took the time to understand the root cause of the issue rather than applying a basic fix, then worked to find the best priced parts, and quoted reasonably. He was prompt in communications and the quality of the work was great. Tidied up immaculately afterwards. Will use again and would recommend - 10/10.
Lee visited my tenanted flat this morning for a landlord safety certificate and has honestly been fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout - the tenant and me are very happy. Thank you Lee!
Great service, nice guy. Fixed our tap efficiently, gave sensible advice and arrived promptly.
Recently had new boiler fitted and service was excellent. Highly recommend.
